2. Appointments & Cancellations

We recommend booking appointments in advance. While we strive to accommodate emergencies, routine visits require prior scheduling. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.

3. Payment Terms

Payment for all services and products is due at the time the service is rendered or the product is purchased. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and common digital payment methods. Estimates can be provided upon request for specialized treatments or surgeries.

4. Pet Owner Responsibilities

As a pet owner, you are responsible for providing accurate medical history for your pet and following post-treatment care instructions provided by our doctors. Pets brought to the clinic must be properly restrained (leashed or in a carrier) for the safety of all animals and staff.

5. Medical Records

Medical records created during your pet's treatment are the property of Om Pet Hospital. Copies of these records can be provided to you or transferred to another veterinary facility upon request.

6. Limitation of Liability

While we provide the highest standard of care, Om Pet Hospital shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, except in cases of proven gross negligence.
